NOT PROFESSIONAL

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I ordered couches from him, but what was delivered was not what I had asked for. To make matters worse, the legs of the couches were loose, likely because they were carelessly squashed in the back of an Uber during delivery.

When I tried to resolve the issue, the seller was unresponsive and refused to return my calls. Each time I contacted him, he made excuses. When I finally asked for a refund, he claimed he didn’t have the funds. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering anything from him. The service was unprofessional, and the product quality was poor.
