TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

Ever since I began my chat with the FAMSA WhatsApp line, it has been horrible for me. I sent my 1st text on 20th June at 12:49 and I was never rep****. I sent another text on the 25th at 10:22 to ask if they have offices in the area I live in because I can't afford traveling, still no response the whole day. Wednesday @ 09:14 only then I got their text answering my question. I went on to ask if I can be transferred from where I do my sessions (which is about +- 50km from where I stay) to my town (11 min drive) and I explained the reason why. Not this person responding this morning and saying "Why? You can come to Kathu office" 😳😡 after I had explained???😳 I honestly feel that the person handling that account is incapable and should be removed. They respond late, don't read text just browse through to the point so that they can respond. I am really annoyed and disappointed!!
