Famous cleaning Appaling service

Received appalling service from this cleaning company. I requested my rug, couches, dinning room chairs and queen size matress to be cleaned. Absolutely no respect for our property. They did not perform all of the services paid for (they did not wash my rug and left it outside in a braai filled with ash). They damaged my matress beyond repair. The side seams completely split and matress stiching torn. Useless excuse of blaming my helper who has been with us for many years. Left my matress and rug uncovered outside during rain season. Never ever use them unless you are looking for dissapointment.
