MAJOR COMPANY HAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

On 1/2/2016 I was contacted by Laura of the above company. She said that I had app**** for a senior bookkeeping position within their company and wanted to remind me that the position was in Bergville which I was quite happy with. She expressed a keen interest in me and said she would contact me back in a day or so as they were compiling a shortlist. <br> <br> 2 days went by and still no word from Laura. I phoned her on 3/2/2016 and said she was having a meeting with her director that morning and she would get back to me. She never did so I phoned her and left a message on her cell phone which she never responded to.<br> <br> Yesterday I phoned her 3 times without success. I tried unsuccessfully again today to contact her and I became irritated and ascertained that Laura's manager was Lydia. I phoned and spoke to Lydia who said she would come back to me which never happened. I phoned Lydia again who said that she was still unable to get hold of Laura.<br> <br> I find that this actions leave a lot to be desired and I wonder whether their service is contrary to what I have experienced. Are their customers happy with this company's service? I am fustrated and it makes me wonder how they operate. Help!!
