Terrible service!!!

<p>I joined Planet fitness in December 2016. Since the start I had problems with them. I paid six months upfront and later asked for a transfer. The people at the call centre is useless. Told me it will take a month to do the transfer and that I cannot gym during that period. After phoning the manager at the branch I originally joined, they said I can gym while waiting for the transfer of the tags. R180 later!</p> <p>Today they deducted R449!! I paid upfront for six months why are they deducting money. This is the the worst service (and gym) ever!!</p>
