This company sucks!!!

I placed an order on the 22nd of May and the estimation was between 1 and 3 weeks. It’s now been 4 weeks!!!! There is no way of speaking to a consultant , I tried Facebook and gives automated responses. I emailed their support services just like they said on their website but still no response. I wish I had a way of getting hold of familybox.co and get refunded because they obviously failed to deliver.
