For the store in Fourways. So they might care about the animals but their knowledge is absolutely shocking. As an experienced animal behaviorist and expert, I am concerned about what type of information is being passed on to the general public. I have nothing against pet stores or people keeping animals but this is how pet stores get bad names. Unprofessional staff with little to no knowledge of basic husbandry and care for common pets... Please train your staff or see that management actually does their jobs to help their staff be better people for the sake of the animals
