DR BT Nyathi Claimed for Service she didnt provide

<p>On the 11th of September Me and my daugther we went to DR BT Nyathi (Dentist) at Maponya Mall family medical & dental centre. the Doctor abstracted one of my daughters tooth and DR said she have to get a spacer for my daughter for the tooth that she took out. O called the dr’s offices serval times to ask when should we come in so that the dr can put in the spacer. They kept on saying they will call be back even today I have not heard anything from the dr. she claimed money from my medical aid for the service that I have not received. I called them today they are still giving me the run around.</p> <p> </p>
