bad service and bad manner of approach

I went to the doctor on the 20th of November 2015 to take my tooth out and I found a lady who's name is refiloe the receptionist she took my id and my medical aid card and print them she then told me that I can go in and see the dentist. the dentist cleaned my teeth and while the dentist was busy refiloe walked in and said I have to pay the fees on my own because discovery doesn't cover that and I was very angry with discovery, I didn't have the money at the time. now refiloe keeps calling me and sending me inappropriate sms and threatening msgs
