A nice family establishment for all ages

I’ve been exercising at Family Fitness Studio and they’ve got a wonderful staff member called Lilian, she’s a true brand ambassador who cares and welcomes their client with a warm smile and great customer service. There is a short trainer (sorry I don’t have his name) he is equally amazing with assisting us while trying new machines. They also have a nice gentleman at reception who always greets with a genuine smile and hand wave. There’s only one lady - light skinned and thick/medium built working at reception who is always busy on her cellphone and very disrespectful towards her colleagues in a manner that she speaks to them. She has no interest greeting her clients. She’s ruining the reputation of the business and doesn’t portray a good image at all. She shouldn’t be at reception because she lacks good manners and generally makes everyone feel bad with that negative energy.
