Useless Family Fires

Ordered a braai on 12 October 2017 and a fire place on 17 January 2018. Today it is the 25th July 2018 and I have not receive them. The salesperson Reece Townsley is useless and keeps on promising but not deliver. I have been referred to Sheldon and Deon but none of them is helpful. I regret ever buying from this business and would advice people not to do business with Family Fires.
