TERRIBLE!

Family fires made a whole lot of promises about their 25 years in business. We paid them for a fireplace that we ordered and Jeff promised that it would be installed in a week!
Jeff not answering our calls, when you call Family Fires they keep on saying that they will speak to Jeff.... Deon the MD will not take your calls!
Be very very careful!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!

22 Jul 2019, 09:51Above issue still not resolved. I have called family fires on Thursday and Friday last week.
They are still unbale to give me an installation date, the Sales Rep Jeff says that he cannot do anything, that he has to wait for his Boss (Deon). Tried calling Deon 3 times - no response. When you call Deon at the land line, they do not put you through.
THEY HAVE TAKEN CASH MONEY FROM ME AND NOW ARE NOT ABLE TO COMMIT TO AN INSTALLATION DATE.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Will keep posting updates.
