Poor customer service

In April 2015 we had a fire place installed ,At the End of September the ***l fell off, we contacted Family Fires to come out and repair the ***l , They have made appointments but never keep them and when you call to in-quire what happened they have a bad attitude and no one bothers returning your call .The level of service is unacceptable and shameful. Believe me when I say never use family fires for any fire place or braai installation.
