How long does one need to wait before getting your fireplace?

Has to be the worst experience we have had whilst renovating our house. Right from the beginning the arrogance was evident. We were forced to pay everything upfront and immediately - we wrote it over to a "pushy salesman" but it never got better. We waited 2 months to finally get all the bits and pieces that were delivered. They continually promised to be there on a certain date but 99% of the time we had to phoned and demand that they show-up. What the promised and what the delivered was always different. We tried to escalate to the owner but he never returned our calls. Very frustrating when one has paid and cant get the company to provide you with the goods - BEWARE of their approach to doing business
