We would like to thank Family Fires for their services Rendered to us. We have ordered and paid the complete invoice in full upfront. They have delivered the units to our site but they kept the inserts at their Factory for safe keeping till the building work was complete. A week ago we gave them the go ahead to install the rest of the units as agreed. 3 days later everything was installed and completed.
