Family fires- warning !!!!!

Worst experience of my life!! Paid 80% deposit for 2 fireplaces to be put in on the 11 June and only got them end of July. Phoned everyday to be told lies and promises that never happened. Paint peeling off the units , holes in the walls, fires don’t heat properly and then threat -15 over a weekend for payment when we don’t have the gas certificate yet. WhT a rude bunch of people. Deon the CEO is a shark- lies to my husband and swore at him saying we owed them an apology for delaying their job by not accepting a gas line run in a plastic tube down the middle of my boundary wall!! Please don’t waste your money !!!!!!
