Family Fires need some fire

We took our charcoal braai to be revamped and have its pan replaced. The service was extremely slow, it took weeks to get it back and the pan wasn’t fitted. When I fitted it it was totally wrong, and had to take everything back for them to re-fit. They promise to call you back but never do. They need to either get serious about what they’re doing or rather not do it. Unhelpful & uncommitted.
