Family Fires: Excellent Workmanship

I was referred to Family Fires by a friend of mine who recently had a fire place installed at his house. He told me the sales rep was very professional and the quality of work they did was superb. I gave Family Fires a call and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Schalk, the sales rep. I explained to Schalk what my requirements were and we arranged at date and time for him to do a site visit. Schalk gave me the best advise as to how my outdoor braai should be designed and installed. Because the braai I wanted was tailor made for my outdoor area it took 2 weeks for them to construct the braai. On the date of installation Schalk was at my house overseeing the installation and always keeping me updated on the progress. 3 days later my braai was commissioned and now I enjoy a cold beer and a rare steak on my new braai.
