Family Fires Built in Braai

Poor poor poor. Purchased Family Fires products years ago with no issues. Recommended them recently to a friend to make a stainless steel front deluxe braai. Big mistake. They take large deposit only to deliver a substandard and unfinished product which took more than 6 months to try resolve with them to fix. Due to my persistence, they eventually sent someone who tried to do a bush fix which failed miserably. The unit front door collapsed 2 months later due to poor welding. They simply refused to come back to repair. NEVER again. Photos and more history available to anyone who wants.
