1 Year Later - Fireplace is still not operational!!!

We made the order in May 2017 and paid cash for the fireplace. It is almost 12 month's later and we STILL do not have an operational fireplace. Our existing fireplace was removed almost immediately when the order was place. Many promises was made by Deon and Reece to no avail. On the entire building project done for our property at Eagle Canyon, the fireplace is the only item that is still outstanding a year later. WILL NOT RECCOMEND this company to anyone.!!!
