Disgraceful client service

I am a client of Dr Da Costa Family Dentist for over 2 years now. I have honored each and every monthly and weekly appointments as scheduled.

Today I was utterly disgusted in their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for their clients. What was even more offensive was their behavior during the month of Ramadan.

I called to schedule an appointment and was given 4 different time slots to choose from. Unfortunately I was delayed by traffic and as luck would have it my phone died and I was not able to inform them that I was running a few minutes late.

Upon arrival they were reluctant to open the gate and when I eventually entered I was told that the doctors had already left as they are closing at 15:30 due to Ramadan which I was not made aware of. This was at 15:15 however one of the slots given to me on the phone was 15:30.

My nephew whom I referred to this dentist had an appointment for 15:30 which they scheduled with him a month prior. Upon arrival at 15:25 they were met with hostility from the staff and told that they're closing at 15:30. Once challenged by his mom a doctor quickly appeared to assist him.

I however was **** to and they did not even have the decency to do a courtesy call to reschedule or query whether or not I am on my way.

I was turned away and told " call back tomorrow to make an appointment our PC is already off" .
