Well, did I have a dental experience of a lifetime! 🤣👌🏾👌🏾

So there I was, marching to the dentist like I was heading into battle — nerves on high, anxiety in full swing, and me seriously wondering why 🤷🏾I didn’t just cancel! 🤦🏾

But it all started with my daughter’s👧🏽 dental check-up. I was just there for moral support — being the good parent, clapping from the sidelines. But watching her handle that chair like a champ made me think, “Okay… maybe it’s time I face my own dental demons too.” So, in a bold act of solidarity (and overdue responsibility), I decided to get my cavities sorted right then and there.

Enter the dynamic duo: Dr. Jayne and Prudence! From the moment we walked in, the energy was calm, friendly, and nothing like the cold clinics I remembered from childhood nightmares. These two? Absolute gems.

Dr. Jayne was gentle, precise, and explained every step with the kind of patience that instantly puts you at ease. Prudence, on the other hand, brought all the good vibes — supportive, funny, and reassuring in just the right way. My daughter and I both felt seen, cared for, and actually… dare I say it… relaxed?

I came in expecting the worst — but I walked out smiling wider than I’ve smiled in years. 😁✨
