Bad Customer Service - Familia Guesthouse Grobersdal

As an HR Assistant, I normally book accommodation for my colleagues when they travel to one of our far properties. I booked at Familia Guesthouse Grobersdal, and the service was terrible. Firstly, they give me an invoice with invalid company details. Then when we try and resolve the issue, I get zero response from management after I brought to their attention that their details are invalid. But they were quick to respond to me about paying the cancellation fee. When the administrators eventually reply to your email, they will address you by the first letter of your name (E.g: "Hi D or just D") I wonder if this is how they treat all their new customers. I will not book accommodation here again.

P.S: I am still waiting for a response from them this very moment.
