Sick and tired

Good Day I am sick and tired of the service students receive from this college. My daughter has signed a contract through False bay college with Cathsseta to receive a stipend for a year while she does her internship. For the second time my daughter has to work 5 to 6 days a week with no funds to get to and from work. This is the second month that she has been battling and borrowing money all over with no payment as per contract. The person in charge of receiving and allocating their monies is missing in action all the time. When I finally got a hold of her, she claimed that Cathsseta is at fault and refused to give me a number for Cathsseta as the number on their website is just ringing and I wanted to hear their side of the story.
