Pathetic Service

I would like to lodge complaint against False Bay Tvet College. In 2016 I app**** for N6 Nated Course I passed the course in June 2016. I was told by December 2016 I will get my N6 Certificate but went to the college I was told different stories. It 's almost 6 years now without the qualification and what is painful is that I paid for my course from my pocket I was not assist by bursary. I need answers within 48 hours if I don't get one I will take the matter to newspapers or to NCA.
