Outstanding official Matric Certificate

<p>The students of False bay College has not received their reports yet. The exams they wrote was Ncv level 4 (matric equivalent). After two weeks of calling the college, they received a print out of their results with no header and Sacap College doesn't want to accept it. This piece of paper cannot be used to apply for further studies at other colleges or universities. My daughter was accepted at Sacap College to study Bachelor of App**** Psychology. Unfortunately without a official report she cannot register and will miss out on a year. At the end of 2016 she only received her 2015 report. I have tried phoning the Department of Higher Education but each person I speak to just puts the call through to another extension. After two weeks I have still not been able to get my question answered. Our medical from the defence force will only allow extended benefits if the child is registered for further studies. This means that after Feb my daughter will be without medical cover and can't study at Sacap. She is in tears because she studied so hard and now the College is not doing their part.</p>
