No certificates

Started a business management course at False bay college M/plain campus 2015,wrote my last N6 subject July 2018,its now 3 years later and im still waiting for my certificates,after numerous calls and emails to the college still no feedback.This college is very good with communication when it comes to money matters and you owe them,but for certificates they are useless.
