6 years for a certificate

<p>Hi.. I attended this college from 2009 until 2011. I did an NCV 3 year course. Its 2016 and myself and many others are still awaiting certificates for level4 which is supposed to be equivalent to matric. I have lost so many career opportunities due to this. I have contacted the college last year and they said the certificates was not requested and that they would request it from pretoria. Its a year later. And still no certificate. Iv tried contacting them again. The HOD is never available hasnt even responded to my email. I now how to Re-do matric because theres no certificate. I mean come on.. 6 years for a certificate? Seriously!! </p>
