Washing machine not getting fixed await 5 months

I had a problem with my washer dryer combo beginning December 2022. They picked it up and gave me quote to repair the main pc board, saying that pc board was blown need to be replaced and i must pay before they can order the board. I paid in full. After a long await and few phone calls i eventually got a reply... On the 17 Jan 2023 they eventually tell me that it was not only the main PC boar but now they see it was also the display board that was blown. Now the first board I paid R3032, the display board was another R2200 they said. I was not happy, because may be it would have been better not to get repaired, if cost was going to be to high for repair. I said they must get that display board and fix the machine first before i pay more money as I am not sure they know what the real problem was and the final cost, I cant keep on giving out money without knowing the total cost of repair. Still up to now I don't have the machine and they don't reply to emails. Even though i have send a mail last week in April that i am will to pay for the board if they can guarantee that it will be the last cost to get the machine fixed. this is very bad and unprofessional service from the owner Ailsa and her assistant Mairad.
