VERY BAD SERVICE AND LIES

This is the second time I'm rating Falsbay refrigeration on same job , still trying to get my washing machine. It has been more than 5 months now.(from December 2022)Today 20 May2023 After numerous emails they said this week Tuesday 16 May, they picking the display PC board up from Defy and the machine will be fixed on Wednesday 17May. BUT again just lies. Today 20 May, no answer, no mails, no machine. I have requested already that they must rather give me back my machine and my R3000 that I have already paid them, seeing that they cant finish(or fix) my machine. BUT they refuse to do that. How does a company still operate like this, they just DONT CARE ABOUT A CUSTOMER. The owner Ailsa just don't care... Let this be a warning for other customers. Now next step is ONBUDSMAN complain.
