Poor Service

I have not experienced bad service like I have with False Bay Refrigeration. My fridge went in to have the compressor replaced. It had to go back 4 times as every time something wasn't right and in that time, they broke a foot, dented and scratched the fridge. This was seven months ago. I received a one year warranty for the compressor and within six months it needed fixing again. After calling them to collect I had to wait two weeks, calling everyday and being promised every day that my fridge would be collected that same day. I was so frustrated that finally I phoned them four times on the day they eventually collected. One month later I finally get my fridge back from them without the plug! Is this done to intentionally frustrate the client? Suffice it to say I will not be making use of their services again.
