MOVING OF AIRCON WITHOUT COMPLETION

We contacted Flase Bay Refrigeration to move an Aircon for my elderly parents in November 2015.<br> <br> They moved it in November but didn\t came to test and complete it. Since then we contacted them numerous times to complete the work but they haven"t.<br> We contacted another company for assistance and they said the aircon is broken?<br> <br> Please note"
