Thank-you False Bay Pools :-)

We recently had our pool installed through False Bay Pools.

In a nutshell I can honestly say that their workmanship is nothing short of phenomenal!

The pool was installed timeously and such that the water level on each side is accurate to the millimeter, which is really impressive.

False Bay Pools also undertook to paving all around our pool and again the paving has been done flawlessly.

I can honestly say that I am a really fussy customer, yet False Bay Pools catered to my every need and suggestion which really put my mind at ease throughout the entire installation process.

The team that came in to do the installation were respectful and kept to themselves throughout the project asking only for iced water or for me to plug in their extension cord and leaving me to get on with my own work.

To Malcolm Saich : It is unfortunate that people like you post such harsh reviews on social media thus tarnishing another individual's reputation!

The mere fact that you admitted that even the supplier was not prepared to deal with an (in your own words) "difficult and unreasonable client" directly translates to the fact that YOU are the problem, not False Bay Pools!

I found the owner of False Bay pools to be nothing but honest, kind, hardworking and very reasonable and passionate about his work and I cannot believe that you would have the audacity to try and portray him otherwise, so shame on you!

Instead of wasting your time trying to ruin the living of an honest individual you should perhaps look within yourself and try not to harbour such resentment!

The main reason for my post was to praise False Bay Pools on their incredible workmanship but when I saw your negativity towards the company I felt the urge to set things straight!

To False Bay Pools : Thank-you and keep up your AMAZING work. Your passion and professionalism for what you have done for me has not gone unnoticed and I am immensely grateful to you and the team that did the installation.

Zak is over the moon with excitement and I just can't seem to get him out the pool :-)
