Shockingly terrible

Shockingly terrible. They installed our pool 4 years ago. Needless to say, the costs we have and are still busy incurring, to fix everything they did wrong, so far lead up to R20 000. Up till now we have had to: °seal the jets for leaks °replace the filter °replace all the underground piping as they were disintegrating °replace most of the pipes from the solar heating °fixed the wall around the pool twice *we have now got builders who are replacing the wall as we discovered that there is no outlet for the overflow and this was causing the paving to sink and the wall around the pool to crack and start to collapse. There is NO REBAR in the foundation either!!! °the electrical wires for the pool lights are not in tubing °we have had to re-earth the wiring as it was done incorrectly °we will have to replace the paving as the quality is so poor it will probably not last another year.

To date Schalk has not come out once when we contacted him with the problems.

Absolutely terrible workmanship and zero service.
