Please pay back my gran's R2000!!!

This guy went to my go and fix my grandma's toilet, she asked him what he would charge her to fix the basin as well, he said R2000 , she paid him the R2000 and he never came back to do her basin, eventually she had to get someone else to do the job for her, but this guys still has her money.!
