Shocking behaviour by owner

The owner, who is driving around in his company vehicle, is a bully on the roads and drives terribly. He almost caused a major accident this morning and drove on my bumper (I am a young female). Why go through the trouble and expense of having signage on your car and then behave in that manner - it completely defeats the purpose. As this is the owner, it speaks wonders about the kind of business he is running. I will not support this business ever.
