Poor accomodation

We booked two nights at this accomodation at a rate of R2800 . The room look like converted domestic quaters. Upon arrival the window had been left open making the room freezing, the double bed had little bedding on it - certainly not fit for the time of year when there was snow on the Berg, the amenities were extremely limited, there was no television, the bathroom had no bath, after telling the host that we had a tiny baby with us, hence we had no where to bathe the baby. The overall accomodation was shocking! We immediately made another booking at a four star hotel for the same price. When we contacted the host, she defended her position. They have refunded us for a small portion of the price, being R695. They have not explained the reason for such partial refund etc.
