Falkson Tents order paid for, not received in over 2 weeks. No communication !

on the 9th December I ordered a small outdoor tent for my grandson for just over R4000. I received proof of payment from Payfast but till today no word from Falkson Tents, this was meant to be a Xmas gift!! I emailed them a few days ago, no response. I am considering reversing the payment with the assistance of my bank
