Falcon Repairs is the worst I’ve encountered

I had one of the worst experiences with this company, still recovering from it financially, I took my tv for repairs a 70 inch tv , and the guy came with his taxi to collect the tv, he staffed my tv in the taxi and didn’t bother to ensure that it’s covered and protected, he coded me a ridiculous amount, which I regret paying to this day, I should’ve just got a new TV, and he claimed he was giving me a discount which I do not believe, and then he brought back the tv, during loadshedding and I couldn’t test out the tv properly we tested it with his cables and my tv which was quite new, it had scratches all over on the side and chipper pieces, and he claimed he got the tv like that which was false anyways , once loadshedding came back, I turned on the tv and it was black and white on one side and colour on the other side , he claimed it was factory settings that needs to be adjusted. And later blaimed it on other people, one of the worst I’ve ever had dealing with small businesses and never again
