Atrocious customer service

I have been having the worst experience (ongoing) with these guys... I had my TV with these guys since last year December, they first told me it was fixed, I went to collect it and paid their fee... Only to get home and realise that it's actually worse than before... Now I am not getting any feedback from anyone, when I follow-up, it's either I'm ignored or (at one point) insulted by one of the company's representives. I have literally ran out of options but to involve the police in this whole issue!
