Utterly **** Service

<p> Since middle September I,ve been experincing problems with my printer that was just losing a lot of ink through the heads. So bad that I had to replace all the cartridges twice. Everytime something else was the reason. Dampers was replaced twice "because I must have bumped the printer and broke the nipples off". Today the problem was the printer cables "not" turned out the head was damaged according to them. Made a print sample and was no error. 30 minutes later I start to print my backlog of work and again the printer is not printing correctly. Black overflows completely into the blue and the Yellow and magenta is only printing through half of the head. Contacted them in Bloemfontein and told them I was not happy. Called me back and said the tech is coming back to remove the head and I must get someone else to fix the problem. R20 000 later still no resolution and I must get someone else to come fix my printer.</p>
