Pathetic Service

I placed an order, specifically asking if they would be able to deliver on time, otherwise, i would come and fetch myself.

They promised me too deliver the parcel to specified adress!

Needless to say, they didn't deliver the parcel as promised! I missed a deadline and all the manager (Leon) said, sorry there's nothing I can do!

Really PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
