A tenants nightmare

<p>Rented a flat with my wife for a period of 1 year fromg 2 ********** on 320 Vause Road, Essenwood. The flat is called Cullingworth which is owned by Falcon Properties Family Trust. As first time tenants we will never rent again. Our experience with the company which I'm assuming is owned by a bunch of ****s who believe that they are above the law and all tenants renting in the premises was one that we could not wait to get out off. My advise to all people who are wanting to rent to stay away from properties owned by these guys. They will demand their rent but when you require assistance it is not forthcoming. Owner believes his to high and mighty to deal with tenants issues but his *********** staff can never give you solutions to your problem. They use intimation tactics to scare their tenants, once even wielding a tenants gate together so he could not enter his flat. When you complain and threaten legal action he asks you to get out his flat. It has been the worst experience of our lives. They tenants in all the flats suffered with these owners and we often had to have meetings to discuss our concerns and only once we all stood together then only would the company actually act on our concerns. When you leave he even rips you off for your deposit. I am appealing to all potential tenants, please stay away from this property owner.</p>
