Face educational problems

Worse experience ever... As a parent of a private school i don't if should say disappointed or upset about taking my child as 1st time experience to a private now i see why most parents prefer government schools this sure makes me want to start a fresh because the only communication i have recieved in this school since my child started her grade 8 in 2022 it's been up and down in and out the class and we only get communication through watsaap no form or personal communication... We only addressed to come to school when it suits them... Honestly falcon high is my worst experience ever and government keeps disappointing us with late response back from online system it's destroying us as parents
