Horrible Service/ Experience

<p>I went throught the website of Falcon Gadgets and I requested a quote for a TV,I received an invoice from them, The TV was R5000.00 and the delivery was R400 from PMB to PTA. I was told that the ETA is 48 hours after payment. Lilian then sent me an e-mail saying that my TV is ready for shipment I must just send them a proof payment then they will ship my TV. On the day of the delivery I received a call from Adam (From Dynamic Couriers) saying I need to pay R1900 for Custom Clearance because the TV just landed from England.</p> <p>I told the guy that what he s saying does not make sense as I was told that the TV will be shipped from PMB, why do I need to pay for custom clearance. He then said I must contact Falcon Gadgets. I called Falcon Gadgets and Lilian was like" she iis sorry, can I pay Dynamic couriers then they will refund me after a week" I was shocked that how is it that as a company they are not in a position to clear their own goods.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that I am not going to pay the R1900 and that they must send me back my money. They are now ignoring my calls and e-mails.</p>
