Goods not delivered

<p>I ordered a stove and was promised it on Tuesday (27 Sept 2016). Till date it has not arrived. Tried calling Lilian yesterday. She said I must call back but suddenly the cellphone was switched off and has remained so. E-mails are niether being returned. I am concerned about this business.</p>
