Falcon Express the worst courier company

Waybill nr THD***3 I've been waiting for a parcel from Telkom Mobile. The parcel has been handed over to Falcon Express for delivery to Pongola 20.11.19 Till today I have NOT received the parcel. Empangeni branch phoned me on Thursday saying the courier couldn't get hold of me on Wednesday, which is a lie as NO one contacted me. Then they said the parcel will be delivered on Friday...….. I'm still waiting
