Such a bad service from the staff at Jo'burg park station, booked a bus around 4pm on Friday for 22h00 from joburg to durban and she I got there at 21h35 for check-in I was told the bus had left already, I mean how can a 22h00 bus leave before time without informing the passengers who paid in full? Please review this because when I spoke to the African guy who was at the front he locked the office up and walked away without telling me what I must do, when I called they didn't help.
