Deposit Refusal

I rented a vehicle from this company and three weeks later they still havent refunded my deposit.<br> <br> Every day I ask the owner of the Company, Lazarus Maphala and he has stories every time.<br> <br> This company is a **** and I do believe they are using AVIS vehicles as there was lots of AVIS signs in the vehicle that I only saw afterwards.
