Very poor communication
I bought 2 pair of glasses at the Sandton store on the 14th of August and I was informed I would receive my glasses in 10 working days. I received a call for one pair after 10 days and collected it at Menlyn. There has been no communication of the 2nd pair and when to expect it. Communication is non-existent with no feedback. I have been trying to find out what is going on and I still do not know.
